I can't upload/sync a file to my Dropbox account from my laptop.

Hi, I've been trying to upload a document to dropbox from my laptop so that I can work on it from my ipad. However, it seems to be stuck syncing and not loading. I've checked my firewall and it allows dropbox. My memory is almost full but not. I can't download the dropbox, and I can't delete whatever dropbox I have on my laptop. Any info would be helpful.

    It might sound trivial but can you try to restart your device, and then follow the steps mentioned here?
