I do not see "Make available offline" when I right click on Mac Sonoma 14.5
Just downloaded Dropbox to work from home on various edits. The company I work for has a dedicated Dropbox, and I've been able to access it from a web browser for a while.
However, it would now be preferable that I access it directly through my computer. I've tried storing the files locally, but I am not able to find the "Make available offline" option. I've restarted my computer countless times, re-installed Dropbox and played around with settings to no avail.
Any help is appreciated!
Thanks!

Hi there timothec - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you clarify the version and the status of the Dropbox desktop app as shown in your menu bar?
Also, what plan are you on at the moment?
If you could send us a screenshot of the options you get when you right click on your files in the Dropbox folder on your computer too, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks!

Hi Walter!
The version of my Dropbox app: v202.4.5551. It currently shows all files as being "up to date"
I am on the "Business plus" plan
Thank you for your help!

Hope it’s OK to jump in, timothec.
From what I can see, all context menu options are missing from your Dropbox folder.
Can you also relaunch your Finder this way, and let me know if it helps?

Hi Nancy,
Thank you for your help.
Just tried this and it unfortunately did not change anything.

Hey timothec, would you mind trying out an advanced re-install and let me know if that changes anything?

Hi Megan,
I restarted the computer a few times after having done this and it still doesn't work...
I did notice that files seem to store locally once I open them. But I still can't see the "Make online/Make offline" option

Hey timothec, would you mind sending me another, full-screen screenshot of you right clicking on a file/folder please?
I'd just like to make sure the path looks correct. If it does, then we can take this to ticket, in order to have our specialized team look into this.

Hello there, Megan.
Can I ask what the solution to this was? I am facing the same thing, and have taken all the steps that the previous users has taken to solve but to no avail. Can you please help me out as we use dropbox extensively and this is slowing down our workflow considerably
