My desktop app keeps asking me to log in and it's not syncing my files.
After an dropbox update I keep getting the message 'welcome to dropbox', I answer the questions and nothing happens. I can use dropbox, but the files do not synochronize online/offline. This has been going on for days. How can I solve this?

What version is it? You can mouse over its icon to get the version number.
Also, when mousing over do you get any errors etc.?

It asks to sign in. That seems to work as i get a message saying i'm signed in , in my browser.
Then i get a messagebox asking to synchronize. So I click on those, it says succesful and shows this screen - acmq6 months agoHelpful | Level 6
And then it is back to the message: welcome to dropbox, asking to sign in

Do you only want to use the browser? If so you dont need the app.
If you do want the app what OS are you using?
Try an advanced reinstall: https://help.dropbox.com/installs/advanced-reinstall

I don't need to use the app, working in the browser is fine for me. But I do have problems with the files on my laptop. They are not synchronising. If it is not the app that is the problem, what could be the cause?
