Never stop syncing, no tick marks on folder, no dropbox menu on right-click

Hi all. Anyone experiencing the same issues with me?

1. My dropbox NEVER stopped syncing. I have no idea which files are being synced (downloading or uploading). It's been like this for weeks.

2. My dropbox folders have no tickmarks indicating synced or the blue icon indicating syncing.

3. There is no dropbox menu when I right click on any of the folders.

4. Windows explorer is SUPER SLOW when dropbox is running. I have 2 drives in my computer and dropbox is synced to my Storage (Z drive). When dropbox is running, everything inside that folder takes forever to run (not only the dropbox folders). For example I have games installed in the Z drive. If dropbox is running, the games run super sluggish. Even opening any of the folders inside that Z drive is super sluggish when dropbox is running.

I have another computer with dropbox as well (same account, selective sync as well) and I don't have any of these issues in that computer. Can anyone please help me resolve this issue?

Exit the Dropbox application if you're able to, check Task Manager and end any remaining Dropbox tasks that you see (Update and Service can be left alone), then launch Dropbox again.
