Shared link won't go away
In the app for Iphone I keep receiving a message that someone has shared a link with me to a file. I dismiss the message but it comes back next time I open the app. I also keeps coming back if I view the file. I contacted the person that shared the link and he said as far as he can see it is not shared with me. He unshared the file and deleted it. But the shared link message keeps coming up on my phone. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but that has not helped.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can get rid of this message.
Hi Jay,
There is nothing in either of those.
However, the popup message no longer appears on either my phone or my wife's! I have not changed anything but the result is good!
I guess our phones were scared because I started talking to you - you rock!
Thanks,
Tony

Hey AlBauer, can you clarify the app's version and OS at the moment?
Also, if you access this page, are you able to find the file there?

Hi AlBauer, it might sound trivial, but have you tried re-starting your mobile at all?
If I were you, I'd uninstall the app, re-start, then reinstall.

Hi from me as well, AlBauer!
Can you upload a screenshot of that message here, too? You can do this by clicking on the small camera icon that should be located above your message box, right before you post your reply on the forum.

Hi,
I see, I posted from my iPhone and there I cannot see some editing options.

Hi AlBauer, just to confirm: it seems you're not able to access the mobile app at all, right?
Can you visit your account online, and check if you can tap the notification bell, to see if there's anything else? If you can do this on the mobile app, that'd be even better.

Hi,
no I can use the app, but this message come again and again and again. I can dismiss it, sometimes I get some minutes to do my stuff before it returns.
The bell does not show any information, not on the app nor the website. - Megan3 years ago
