sync issues - restart will solve but any other way?
I have issues with sync, but if I restart my macbook, all the files will be synced.
How should I solve this problem without restarting my macbook many times a day?

Hey langzi, sorry to hear you're having issues with this and thanks for the screenshot!
May I ask if you installed the desktop app with admin privileges in the first place and if you've also granted Dropbox full disk access as outlined here?
If you could also clarify your device's exact OS and the app's version and status, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks!

I deleted the app and reinstalled app, same issue. Only when I restart the computer, it will sync.
The McOS is Ventura 13.2.1, and app version is 177.4.5399 and I checked all folders to sync.
The files that are not synced are WPS's excel editing, but when I create a new WPS excel it will sync to all devices.

Hi langzi, is this occurring for files in any folder, or just specific folders?
Are they shared or private folders?

It happened to all folders, wps excel and wps word don't sync on macbook.
But they sync NORMALLY on my iMac.

Hey langzi, just to clarify: does the file sync from the desktop app to the web, yet it gives you an error or it doesn't sync at all, until you restart the app?

Yes, I installed dropbox desktop app, I opened and edited the files using WPS app on my laptop, but when I saved the file, it told me sync error.
I checked the file on the dropbox webpage, not updated to cloud.
Restarting the dropbox wouldn't help, only restarting the laptop solved the issue.
BTW, the files that have issues are in the shared folders.
I am using iMac, two windows laptops and macbook, it only happens to my macbook.
Thank you for your help.
