I didn't receive my referral bonus, even though I've followed all the steps.
I recently joined the Dropbox community by receiving a referral email from a friend.
I use the link of the email, made my subscription, verified my email and installed om my new computer.
Never than less, I still have only 2 GB space. The email said I would have 500 Megas extras space.
What happened?

Hey jezz, sorry to see that you're having an issue with your referral.
Can you give us some more info, so we can assist you further?
Are you the one that sent the referral or are you the recipient?
If you're the sender, can you check the status of the referral?
Or if you're the recipient, can you ask the person who sent it to you, to check the status and let us know?

I have sent two invitations, to my wife (Laptop) and my son (Desktop PC), so that they can use their own Dropbox. But for both referrals are marked as "Ineligible"

Are all computers connected to the same network?
Have your wife and son verified their Dropbox email address?

Yes all computers are on the same network, son's Desktop on LAN, wife's Laptop on WiFi.
They both have verified their emails and both have installed Dropbox Desktop app.

As far as I know, Dropbox marks as ineligible when the invite is accepted by people using computers on the same network.I hope Nancy can help you!
