    Hi pb5558​,

    While you look into this, I'd recommend that you, or any other Community members experiencing the same issue, read through our Storage Space FAQ page.

    It covers "My account is empty but Dropbox says it's full".

    I thought I'd deleted all files but don't know how to find any back up files. I've tried to follow instructions from the 'Help' section. The files/folders keep reappearing after I delete them.
