My Dropbox account contains less than 100MB of data, but it keeps saying it's full.

Question or Issue
Messages received stating that my free account is "Full," but I have 82.54 data in my app folder containing my UpdraftPlus folder, 90bytes in my name folder Melvin [...] and nothing in the Profile docs folder. I have 3.8GB storage in my DropBox free account. I use the account for my website backup using the Updraft Plus account app.
