7 years agoHi Roger, could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?
Otherwise, use incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

Hi Jay,
Didn't work with both Firefox and Safari with the settings you recommended.
Everything was working fine earlier with Firefox and extensions running. So, not sure what went wrong.

How large is the folder youâre trying to upload? Are you able to upload folders with fewer files, or smaller sized files?Any info you can provide would be great!
