    Hey pwlt, sorry to jump in here, but could you try installing the app from this page and let us know how it goes?

    Also, have you rebooted your computer at all lately?

I appreciate any help you can give - thank you. 

 

I've seen similar posts work for others, but haven't tried them because the versions seemed older. So, I'm hopeful.

 

That said, after downloading from the link you posted, when I open the file I receive this message: "The disk you attached was not readable by this computer."

 

It's very possible, even likely, I am doing something wrong. I just don't know what it is.
