Don't see online only option in the context menu
We have a paid subscription for Dropbox Family, and for any folder (inside or outside the Family Room), do not see an option for either a file or folder to make Online Only. Running Windows 10. Screenshot of my right click on a folder:
I've also gone online as well, and don't have that option.
FYI, it's not a payment issue - I can see the option for mobile, just not the desktop version.

Hi attafox, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you accessing the Dropbox folder via a Quick menu icon in Explorer, or directly?
Could you try reinstalling the Dropbox desktop application, without uninstalling it first, by following these steps?
Keep me updated with any progress!
- attafox3 years agoExplorer | Level 3Hi Jay. I had already tried reinstalling the Dropbox app as an attempt to solve. So that didn’t work.
And I have also tried accessing via the explorer icon as well as the Dropbox icon and then directly from the apps menu. None work. - Jay3 years ago

When you originally installed the Dropbox desktop application, did you install it with admin privileges?
Is this a company-managed device, or a personal machine?

Hi from me as well, attafox! Hope you’re doing well.
Can you send me a full screenshot of how your files/folders show within your local Dropbox folder? I’d like to check for any syncing icons.
Also, do you have any third-party apps that could be interfering with Dropbox?

I do have One Drive as well - and for some reason *all* of my desktop has been moved to Dropbox (which I did not do ... it happened after I tried to link One Drive to get my iphone photos ported over) Not sure what third party apps would interfere.

Thanks for the images, could you try right clicking one of those folders again, showing the context menu once more, and also showing the folder name in the screenshot?

If you click show more options, do any other Dropbox options appear?

No. See original screenshot. That hasn't changed.
Since above, I have uninstalled and reinstalled DB. There is now not enough room for me to have a complete set of my files locally (which is why I was trying this as it was), so had to select which folders to only have available online *as I was installing.* It is currently indexing over 300K files (it's down to about 125K at this point), but as of now, is not showing any additional options ... But again, no options to change an existing folder.
Folder selected is one that is now supposedly online only for it's availability.
