Dropbox won't start on my Mac and I've done all the things, please help

I updated dropbox and now it won't open on my Mac. I reinstalled the OS, updated to the latest OS, my device is in the Dropbox security list,  and I downloaded Dropbox (4 times!) installed and it won't open. I get a window that says it can't open and then a text file with a bunch of error messages. See below, please help, I didn't find anything on the community boards about this. Thank you.

Hey Belloli, sorry to hear about this.

Could you try quitting the Dropbox desktop app, rebooting your computer and then relaunching the app and let us know if you still get the same error?

    Thanks!

Walter, I have done that many, many times. I’ve also, as stated, reinstalled OS, updated OS, updated Dropbox, and run disc utility and repair. Also uninstalling and reinstalling Dropbox. Included in the post was the error code message provided by Dropbox. Please, please, suggest something helpful. Thank you

I guess I have the same issue

Dropbox won't start after update (this update moved all files to a new folder)

I've tried updating Dropbox, also updated MacOS to Sonoma, still the same.

Hey Sitchko, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

This appears to be a different error message, but let's see what we can find.

Did the migration of the Dropbox folder complete successfully, before you started getting this error? Is the Dropbox folder currently in ~/Library/CloudStorage?

If you hover your mouse over your Dropbox icon, what exactly do you see?

    >>> Did the migration of the Dropbox folder complete successfully, before you started
    Yes, the process was successful
    >>> Is the Dropbox folder currently in ~/Library/CloudStorage?
    oh, nope, it's empty

    >>> If you hover your mouse over your Dropbox icon, what exactly do you see?
I can't launch Dropbox app, so there is no icons in top bar.
