I can't see any syncing icons or right-click Dropbox menu options on my macOS Sonoma.
App: Dropbox (latest version)
239.4.8301
Devide: MAC book PRO 14 inch, 2023
Operating system: Sonoma 14.7.5
I can't see both syncing icons and right-click menu options on my laptop.
This happens after remove an old account and sign-in into a new profile (part of Dropbox Teams)
I try everything that was suggested, like re-installing, restart, log-out etc.etc.
Currently the only way to sync file on dekstop is to open them and this make me lose a tremendous amount of time (link packages of indesign with more than 500 files, just to make an example).
Can you help me with that?
Thanks

Hi there JGFOF - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please let me know the Dropbox desktop app's exact status as shown in your menu bar at the moment?
Also, do you happen to be running any 3rd party apps that might be interfering somehow?
If so, you can temporarily close them one by one and let us know how it goes.
Thanks!

Dear Walter,
Thanks for your prompt reply.
I have the following status
Solid Dropbox icon (Fully synced, files are up-to-date.
As far as I know I don't have any 3rd party apps running.
Thanks,

I see, thanks for the clarifications JGFOF - much appreciated.
Can you also send us a screenshot of the options you get when you right click on your files or folders in the Dropbox folder?

Yes, sure. Nothing related to Dropbox appears..

Thanks for the screenshot, JGFOF! If you haven’t tried this already, can you relaunch your Finder with these steps and let me know if you can see your syncing icons and context menu options after that?

Dear Nancy. Thanks for your reply. I try that now and nothing changed, so still I don't see either the syncing icons and context menu options..

Which exact part is troubling you JGFOF? A screenshot would be very helpful at this stage.
Have you tried opening a support ticket from your end via emailing our team through this page?

I'm not familiar with the use of the Terminal and when I'm open it then I'm not able to add the code bar you suggest..
No, I didn't, I'll try that as well
