installed Dropbox application cannot be shown

I have installed Dropbox application to MacPC(Catalina 10.57.7).

Installation has been successfully done, but when I login, a white pop up is shown

and I can not do anything but push "Go pro" button shown at left.

 

Before White pop up is shown, temporally, I can see home screen,

but soon after that, white screen has shown.

How we can solve it?

We encounters this problem 2022/11/09,

and we installed Dropbox application from Apple store.

    Could you try downloading and running the offline installer from this page and let me know if the issue persists?

    Hey FujiwaraFA, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    Could you please send us a screenshot of the last screen you can get to so that we can have a visual too?

     

    Also, if you happen to have an antivirus or firewall running on your computer, have you tried disabling them temporarily?

    Thank you so much for your reply.

    This is a photo when Dropbox is opened.

     

    In this Mac PC, any antivirus application nor firewall is set.

    Thank you for your reply！

    I can download successfully but, Installation can not be started.

    When I click DropboxInstaller.dmg file, nothing happen.

    Now I find that Dropbox installer is mounted left side of the menu of finder, and when I click, and wait 30min, now, instllation has successfully done.
