Dropbox support told me that Logic files are not officially supported, Apple has to develop an API that is compatible with dropbox.
For Logic files I switched to iCloud now.

Hey Christof - are you using the default /Music folder in iCloud or did you move your /username/Music folder into iCloud? I suppose it doesn't really matter? Maybe i move everything to GDrive?

Google Drive has the same issue as Dropbox, so don't move to that. I've also been using iCloud for Logic projects since having this issue. It doesn't matter what subfolder you use.

Wow, this is Apple in a nutshell, they sort of just do what they feel like. The list of changes for using Dropbox on Mac was a rather depressing read. I don’t really trust Apple’s iCloud/cloud services, they have messed up notes and files for me in the past.
