Logic Pro X projects stored in Dropbox don't show up in "Recent"
Hi all, this is a niche issue and probably not Dropbox's "fault", but thought I'd ask here just in case.
Since I upgraded to the latest version of Dropbox for Mac (which moved the folder locati...

Is there any update on the main issue of Logic Pro project files not showing up in 'Recent Items'? That's how I found this thread.
Seems like Apple aren't allowing third-party cloud storage companies easy access to a fix, or at the least are certainly making life more difficult for those not using iCloud?

Can someone from Dropbox respond with the precise reason for this? If we have it then we can submit support tickets to Apple directly

Same issue here: Logic Pro files (I save them as folders) are syncing properly but don't show up in 'recent projects'.
...maybe its time to switch to Ableton... 😄

Logic compatibility has never been ideal with Dropbox (I've used Dropbox for years with Logic) but this is the final straw. I'm moving over to iCloud. It's not worth the hassle.

I've used Dropbox as the main location for my Logic projects for years and never had a single problem. Now it's a pain in the ass, honestly, not only with Logic, there are A LOT of little stupid bugs, so long that last time I wrote Dropbox support it took me around 30 minutes to write and explain them all.
Time to say goodbye and search for a better option.

Dropbox support is RIDICULOUS. I've contacted them several times and they simply don't know why this is happening. Last update DESTROYED dropbox usage and workflow on Mac, introducing tons of stupid bugs like this one.
