Can someone from Dropbox respond with the precise reason for this? If we have it then we can submit support tickets to Apple directly

Dropbox support is RIDICULOUS. I've contacted them several times and they simply don't know why this is happening. Last update DESTROYED dropbox usage and workflow on Mac, introducing tons of stupid bugs like this one.
