Login into Windows Desktop App not possible after SSD Change with Windows migration
Hi!
I needed to upgrade my SSD and migrated the Windows Partition using EaseUS. After changing the internal SSD windows came up normally. Yet, I needed to login into my Dropbox account again as ist claimed, the database had been moved.
My Dropbox folder ist stored on a seperate SSD, which was not changed.
Anytime I try to login into the Desktop App, I get a message saying (translated fron German):
An error occurred while executing this request
What can I do? I even tried to put my old SSD in, but the same thing happened...
Thank,
Jan

Hey ebayparohhde, thanks for letting us know about this.
Would you mind sending us a screenshot of the error, so we can have a visual as well?
Did you also happen to install any security apps after this upgrade, like an antivirus, VPN, firewall, etc., that you can temporarily disable, to see if that helps?
Thanks!
