We have a problem in our company on several comps.
When we right click on any folder or file Windows-explorer.exe is crushing dawn and restart.
Reinstall didn't help. Any idea?

Hi there Hammermed, sorry to hear about this.

I'm not sure how this relates to Dropbox, could you elaborate a tad please?

For example, are the files you're using inside your Dropbox folder on your computers while the Dropbox desktop app is running?

    Hi Walter,

sry for that. The problem is with files and folders inside Dropbox folder only. Desktop app is running.

Thanks for clarifying that for me Hammermed

Can you also let me  know the OS of your devices and the app's status and version as shown in the system tray of the affected computer(s)?

Is it 'up to date' or syncing perhaps? Approximately, how many files you've got stored in your Dropbox folder and syncing locally by the way?

    OS- Win 10 22H2

The application synchronizes correctly and has the status- synchronized. Using Ctrl+C we can copy files, folders. But still r-click crushes explorer.exe.

    Dropbox version 183.4.7058

    Folders are syncing locally

space used from 80MB to 4,5GB od different comps

If you quit the Dropbox desktop application and right click a file or folder in the Dropbox folder, do you get the same behavior?

How many files are you syncing locally Hammermed? If it's close or more than 300,000 files, you might want to use selective sync to lessen the app's load.

if it's nowhere near that number, you can reach out to our support team for further assistance with account and device specific information.

    Keep us posted anyhow.
