Excel files don't open on my phone even if when I allow access.
Recently, after I open my excel file from Dropbox, it prompts me to "Microsoft Office Integration would like to access to the files and folders in your Dropbox". I Key "Allow". But it does not open the excel file. Please advise.

Hey Lung - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please clear your browser's cache or try another browser and let me know how it goes?
Thanks!

Hey Lung, does this happen with all of your Excel files, or some specific ones?
When did this start happening?

Hey Lung, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Excel/Office app on your device, to see if that helps?

I have the same problem.

Hey acpaintingnm - sorry to hear about this.
Have you tried reinstalling the apps on your device since you first noticed this issue?
- Lung2 years agoExplorer | Level 4
Just tried reinstalling, but it remains the same - it prompts me to "Microsoft Office Integration would like to access to the files and folders in your Dropbox". I Key "Allow". But it does not open the excel file.

Hey Lung, there's another user on a similar thread that used this workaround and it worked for them.
Can you try and let us know if it helps?

Hi Hannah
Thank you. It works.
But now I have another issue ... I cannot use 'Remove From Recent' function to remove Excel, Word and PowerPoint file from MSOffice. Please advise
