Missing folders in Canva

When I try to connect the Canva app to Dropbox, only my personal folder is synched instead of the entire Dropbox (business). We work with a team of 4 that can see/edit the entire Dropbox and I'm the administrator. Everything is uploaded correctly (green mark of cloud). Can someone help me with connecting all the folders to Canva?

    Hey Marijke95, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    Could you please let me know if you've tried disconnecting the Canva app from your account and re-connecting it anew through the App Center?

    Yes, I already tried this. I still only see a limited amount of folders. Thanks for the help though!

    Hi Marijke95, it's possible that Canva isn't able to connect to the Dropbox Business team folders or spaces to their service via the Dropbox API. 

     

    I'd recommend contacting them for them to look into this matter further on their end.

    I have the same issue and its a real deal-breaker as it means my team are seeing my personal Dropbox folders and not the Dropbox for Business folders.  Seems no way to change it - even logged into Dropbox for Business and have integrated to Canva that way.  Seems this integration is thoroughly broken

    Jay, did you get anywhere as I have the same issue and my team can see my personal folders and not the business ones.  At the Dropbox end it is correctly configured - it they open a business folder they can use 'Open With' and choose canva - however then that syncs and suddenly shows them all my personal dropbox folders only within the Canva app 😞

    I got an answer from Canva, unfortunately not a real helpful one:

    We received an update from our team and we can confirm that at the moment, team space folders aren't supported yet.
     
    For now, if you have any images or videos in your Dropbox team business folder that you need to add to your Canva design, please download them and then manually upload them to Canva.
     
    We understand that this may not be the easiest and most convenient option so rest assured that our team will take this as feedback on what we can improve with Dropbox support.
