トライアル版からすぐに有料版へ移行 / How can I upgrade from trial to paid plan on a team?
Business Plus のトライアル版から始まりましたが、10TB の容量制限を超えてしまいました。
すぐに容量を増やしたいのですが、チームをやめずに(7ライセンス使用中)容量を増やすことはできますか?
(チームをやめずに、すぐにトライアル版を解除して有料版にアップグレードしたい)

2 years agoUnfortunately it isnt possible, at present, to end a Trial early and upgrade to a paid plan.

トライアル版をキャンセルして再度、同一アカウントで有料プランを契約した場合
現在、共有中のファイルや同期中のファイルは引き継がれますか?また、ペーパーのドキュメント等は維持されるでしょうか。
