Can't access my old email, need to cancel subscription
Hi there,
I have 2 dropbox accounts, currently signed into one of them. I am unable to sign into my other dropbox account as the email address is from a workplace I am no longer at, I no longer have access to it. I have forgotten the password to the account and can't reset it because I don't have access to the email. I need to cancel the premium Dropbox subscription on the account and delete the account. How can I do this without having access to the email address? I have an invoice from dropbox showing the Premium monthly charge as proof that it is my account.

Hi
I have another company email account but email account was cancelled last year after I left the business. however we forgot to cancel the subscription on this account and get charged this year in June for whom I am no longer working for.
Now this company email is no longer valid and I cannot log back in to cancel the subscription.
Can anyone please advise how I can cancel the subscription and stop being charged for service I haven't being using for almost a year.
Thanks a lot !!

If you received the email to your email address, Pert, you don't have to access the ticket through the support page; it's basically the same thing, so if you can access the email through your email account, you're good to go!

Hi Hannah, Jay, Calvin2DBX
Thank you for all your help, I received an email saying that my ticket has been resolved. Unfortunately, it seems I go from one issue to another. Now I'm unable to see the ticket. I have a follow-up link and when I click on it it sends me to dropbox.com/support. I have the ticket number, but can't see what it is about.

Hi Pert,
Sorry you're having trouble seeing the reply which was sent.
Let's see if we can create a support ticket a different way, please.
To do this, right click the following link, and choose open in Incognito, or Private:
https://www.dropbox.com/support
Don't sign into the account, instead, check the buttons below the sign in option, and you will see a link for "Need help with a billing issue".
Set "Other" in "I want to look up information related to", and fill out your details there, with an email address you can access.
If have any trouble with the new ticket, let me know!

Hey Pert, if you received Jay's initial email, you shouldn't have any issues receiving his replies, so would you mind double-checking in case you missed it?
If it's only your own reply that you see in the email chain, please let us know.

Hi Calvin2DBX,
I received an email from @Jay on Tuesday afternoon to confirm my email address which I replied. However, I have not received any response after that. I also sent an email yesterday in case the previous one wasn't accepted, but nobody got back to me. I checked my inbox today and junk in case I missed something, but there wasn't any. I haven't received any other email after that. I appreciate your time and patience and understand that these things take time. Please let me know if there is a way to resolve this problem.

Hi Pert,
Just wanted to check on your progress with this.
I can see that Jay got back to you in the email ticket earlier today.
Can you check your email inbox for his reply and let me know if you run into any trouble?
Thanks!
- Pert3 years agoExplorer | Level 4How do I cancel my subscription if I have no access to the email I used to set up the Dropbox account? I already contacted support incognito. They said they would contact me in two business days. However, it has been a week nobody has contacted me. Someone send me an email to confirm my current email. I reply and they left it at that. Nobody replied to my emails and I'm left hanging here.

Hi everyone, if you're aware of the billing information, you can contact the support team directly.
Try opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
I've sent you an email, Pert, please could you reply to it when you get a chance.
