How to cancel a subscription to an account I have no access to?
I have a Dropbox subscription with an email that I no longer have access to. I have my password but then it still sends the code to the email I cannot access. I have scoured the internet and the site and cannot find an email anywhere to help me with this. The phone number they have is for sales only. With most businesses I am able to email info at etc and get support.

There is no direct email support. It is all via www.dropbox.com/support.
If you do not have access to an account which is paid you need to go to that site while not logged in - even to here so use an incognito window.
Note that it is unlikely you can get access to the account again but they'll help you stop payments: https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/lost-email-access

Thank you Mark. When I go to the link what should I select? The page above just talks about recovery an not how to cancel my account.

Thanks I was able to enter a ticket so fingers crossed. Thank you for your help. I am a bit bummed that we have to rely on a community rather than their own customer support but I am so grateful you stepped up and helped me.
