how to get a refund and speak to a real person
I just noted i have been being charged monthly by Dropbox over 2 years for no reason, as i only use free basic plan. and i email billing-support@dropbox.com last week, so far no one replied me yet. ...

4 years agoHey SengaGlacier, sorry to jump in here, but did you make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account when filling out this form?

yes, i loged on first, and submitted form and also emailed, no any reply

You don't need to log into an account to fill out this form SengaGlacier - this is why I suggested using an incognito window.
