I contacted support for a refund but was refused - how can I get one?

Has anyone been able to successfully request a refund for an annual subscription billed without noticed?  All I want is to switch to monthly billing. 

Customer service refused. I also contacted my credit company and they said they can't do anything because I didn't cancel the service. I certainly will now and am switching to another method for managing files.

    Nobody here can I'm afraid as they dont have access to the billing systems etc. 

    The only people who are able to help are Dropbox via the support links. 

    You may want to check your email address and make sure its correct and not blocked by your email provider by mistake or has been marked junk previously as they do send multiple email reminders out starting many months before on annual plans.
