I have an unauthorized charge that isn't mine, since I don't have an account.
Dear Dropbox team,
I had receive an unauthorised payment from Dropbox. I do not have any account on Dropbox before I creating this account for this post. And after entering the receipt number, the registered email is not belongs to me. Kindly contact me for further action.
Thanks.
Keith

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Dropbox cannot charge you if they don't have your billing information. If you've been charged and didn't give them your billing information, then someone else has and you should be contacting your bank.

It is not Dropbox you should be contacting.
It is your credit card company - somebody has stolen your card details. That is not Dropbox's responsibility to sort, its the card companies. If they have the details for here they'll use it elsewhere.
