I have been charged for my subscription, but I don't have access to the email linked to the account.
I have a Dropbox accounts that was associated to my old works email address. My annual subscription has just been charged but I cannot access the account as the emails are being sent to my previous email address. Can you help?

Hey there, SindyC, let's jump right into this!
Do you wish help accessing the account, or cancelling the plan altogether?
If it's the latter, have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?
If you open an incognito or private window, where you aren't logged into any Dropbox account, you can submit a ticket via this support page.
Once you've sent your request, feel free to send me the ticket number, in order for me to locate it on my end. Having said all that, if you come across an issue, I'll be more than happy to reach out to you instead.

Hi Megan, I’d like to do both. Access the account and then cancel the plan.

Thanks for the clarification SindyC - much appreciated. I've just sent you an email to the email address that's linked to your Community profile to have a further look internally at this point since we'll be needing some additional information. Whenever you get the chance, take a look at your inbox and we'll take it from there.
