I have lost my payment card and I need to update my billing adress but I don’t know how.

I need to update my billing adress on my account but I can’t find where to do so. I have dropbox bussines standard. Dropbox keep sending emails that says if I don’t update my billing andress my account would be downgraded. Thankfull for some guidence.

    I still can’t find it, and when I try to uppgrade my account it says that I need to connect a personal account?

    Are you an admin of the team or just a member Alex altunisik?

     

    What exactly is reported in your plan tab at the moment?

    It says that I am only a member, but the thing is that the admin doesn’t work often any more. Can I also become admin or at least pay for the subscription?

    Hey Alex altunisik, I'm afraid that only an admin of the team can change your permissions from member to admin in order for you to update the billing info.

     

    Can you ask them to do so? Or perhaps someone that has access to their account can?
