Vraag me niet waarom, maar het lukt me niet meer om als Annette161979 in te loggen. Als ik uitlog op dit account Annette123987 kan ik niet inloggen en dus reageren als Annette161979. Hoe dan ook, het probleem krijg ik zo niet opgelost: ik heb nog steeds geen uograde!

Hi Nancy,
I have the same problem, I just bought the plus subscribtion for a year but it said some sort of error while processing. The full price has been taken from my bank account yet my dropbox account has still not been updated. Im Dutch so its the Dutch IBAN.

Hi sjors de haas, as this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.

Hi Jay,
Thanks for the fast response! Sadly I've tried this and could only click on apple pay, pay pall, google store or credit card. Yet I've paid using "IDEAL". This is not an option on your site 😞
Thats why I just submitted this picture hoping it would help.
Hope that there's some other way I can verify myself to you.

Could you choose the PayPal option and mention in the main message that you're using iDeal for the payment, since it uses transaction IDs to locate payments?
