Issue with redeeming HP 100GB Promo

Hiya,

 

I bought a new HP laptop, which came with a promo for 100gb storage for a year.

 

I downloaded Dropbox, logged into my account and it is not registering the 100gb storage.

 

I am unable to contact anyone from dropbox.

 

Any ideas what I can do?

    Did you download and install Dropbox yourself? You usually need to do it from the app that's pre-installed on the laptop when you bought it.

    Hi there! I recently bought a new HP Spectre, I got the message with the 100GB offer for dropbox, I installed the app (from that screen), I connected with my dropbox account but didn't receive any space upgrade.

    Megan can you please get in touch with me too. I used the preinstalled app and followed all the instructions and didn't get the 100gb storage
