unable to restore purchase
There's a free trial right now and somehow I'm still charged for the upgrade. But I also cannot access my new space, keeps saying I need to upgrade, and when I go to restore my purchase it says (NSURLError Domain Error 409.)

Hello- I am on an iPhone and subscribed to the 2TB storage - account was charged but my Dropbox will not upgrade and says I’m still a basic account. I’ve tried to restore purchase via Wi-Fi and cellular data and I get the error code 409 as well. Please let me know what I can do to make my account sync to the plan I’ve purchased.

Hey Lynxy_618 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
If you've ensured that the Dropbox mobile app and your device's OS are up to date and still get this error, could we reach out via email to have a further look internally?

I have the same issues. I have the Dropbox Plus account and purchased a new device, an Ipad. Used the new dropbox app from the apple store and when I login it shows that I only have the basic account not the Plus. Tried to restore purchase and get the 409 error code as well. All my files from the plus account are not showing up and dropbox wants to sell me an upgrade. I also removed very old devices on my dropbox account.

- Apple App StoreIf you purchased your Dropbox subscription through the Apple App Store, you can cancel your Dropbox subscription or free trial by following these steps:
- On your iPhone or iPad, tap Settings.
- Tap your name.
- Tap iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions (about midway through the screen).
- Tap Dropbox.
- Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel Trial.
- Tap Confirm.
- Your account will downgrade to Dropbox Basic (free) at the end of your billing cycle.

Hi alebogado, you can contact the team by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
