Not receiving 6 digit verification code
I have been trying to access my dropbox account for the past month and have not received any 6 digit access code emails or any password reset emails, or for that matter any emails from Dropbox. I pay a monthly subscription fee so I don't think my account has been shut down as I have seen in other threads. I NEED these files!
Hey Jay,
I had previously added the no-reply@dropbox.com email to my contacts and that did not solve the problem. I was able to pull out my old computer, thankfully, and the code was being sent as a notification and not as an email. So I am in now but if I had not been able to resurrect my computer from the dead things would still be a problem!

Hi,
I am having this issue too and now i am using another email to post as i totally cant login my dropbox account due to the 6 code. I have added the dropbox email address in contact and tried but it failed to receive.
From my google password management that is the another email address i used to store my work stuff. But not i not able to access. Please help.

Since it's not quite clear to me, could you clarify if you have access to the email address that's associated with the Dropbox account you're trying to access or not?
- Syllanis2 years agoNew member | Level 2Well I have new device and now when I try to login into my Dropbox account it sends me a 6 digit code to my email for verification so I can access it but the problem is in my email there is no 6 digit code I don’t receive anything not even in spam folder

Have you tried adding the no-reply@dropbox.com address into your contacts list, in order to ensure that email goes through?
