Hi toannguyen2020; thanks for joining our Community!
As we won't be able to help much with account specific inquiries through this platform, I'd suggest using an incognito window while NOT logged into any Dropbox account to contact our support team through this form so we can look further into this.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

Hey vivgarg86, thanks for checking in with us.
I moved your post here, where other users have experienced a similar issue.
Could you have a look at what is suggested and give us another nudge if you have any trouble along the way?
Thanks again!

You'll need to contact Dropbox Suport directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Is the rest of the Business team still valid? If so the only person who can help is the Admin of the Business team - they should hopefully be able to restore it for you

Hello,
I have a paid dropbox account under a different email. When I tried to access my files today the website informed me that my account was disabled, however when I checked my email there was no notice of termination or deactivation. Has this happened to anyone else and is there any way to resolve it?

Hi celios, have you reached out to our team regarding this?
In the case that you haven't, you can do so from this link (using an incognito window, without being signed in to your account).
If you have though, let me know the ticket ID (eg. #1234567). - Mark5 years ago

The only people who can help are Dropbox support who you've contacted. Unfortunately it seems like, for whatever reason they've deemed you in breach of the T&C's and removed your account.
Sadly nobody here can help - the only people who can is support. But, they may not restore it - and it sounds like that may be the case as they are not replying
