How can I access my paid plan without the code sent to my inactive email address?
I had a Dropbox account that I paid for that was attached to a previous email address that I no longer have access to. When I try to login to that account, a code is sent to the email address I no longer have access to.
Logging into the account to update the email address is not an option. Logging into the account to remove the 2 factor authentication is not an option.
Any suggestions that don't involve cancelling my credit card so I'm not charged for this subscription anymore?

Hey jayles, thanks for posting about this here.
Since you’re being asked for a code that’s sent to your email address, and not your mobile device, I believe this one-time code is what you see (and not two-step verification). As a result, even if you sign in to Dropbox, you won’t be able to disable that.
The first thing I’d suggest, before taking any other actions, is to check for any devices that are currently linked to the Dropbox account in question.
If you have any, can you check the section where the notifications normally appear? You may be able to find the code there.
Let me know if that helps, and we’ll go from there.

Hi, I don't have access to either devices linked to the dropbox account. Unfortunately they are both located at a place where I no longer work.

Hi there jayles - thanks for the clarification there.
In that case, may we reach out via email to have a further look internally? Otherwise, you can reach out to our support team from your end directly through an incognito window of your web browser where you're not logged into any Dropbox account via this form.

I appreciate the suggestion, but as I don't have access to the email address, I can't get the verification code that Dropbox emails there for login.
