Login Access code going to an old email
authorisation code is being sent to an old email address - the primary email - which is no longer accessible. The account does have a secondary email - can the code be sent to the secondary email?
Hey 1895rugby, welcome to our Community.
Unfortunately, there's no way to send this email to your secondary address.
Do you have any devices already linked/logged in to this account perhaps?
Keep me posted.

Hi omarjhorta, do you have access to the old email, or any way to recreated it?

I am trying to log in to Dropbox and the code is going to an old email address I no longer have. The email address no longer in existence.

Hi nishdes, are you able to recreate the old email, or temporarily reactivate it to see if you're able to receive the security code to login to your account?

I have the same problem, I don't have access to the e-mail account connected to the dropbox-account. And it can not be reactivated since it was my work-address and I don't work there anymore.

m_o, do you have any devices that are currently logged in with that email address in order to transfer your files out of the account?

No, I don't.

I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into any account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to enter an email address you can access.
