Lost 2FA access and no backup codes or phone number - Am I going to lose my account of 12+ years?
Do you have access to the email linked to the account? Yes Are there any devices connected to your Dropbox account? None Question or Issue I tried to update my 2fa last year and apparently I did...

2 hours agoUnfortunately yes, its very likely that you you've lost access. When you change the 2FA account you have to confirm the information to make sure that it worked. It isnt possible to do so without doing that. You are also forced to download backup codes when doing so via the website - and confirming you have done so. These give you access if you loose access to the security codes.
