Issue with resizing text/signature boxes on the Signatures page

Is anyone else having issues resizing boxes on a document that you are trying to send for signature?  I can move the boxes around the document but can no longer resize them to fit in a particular area.  I tried two different browsers, etc...  Its like the ability to resize just disappeared.

    phlach​ 's workaround worked for me (though dropbox needs to fix this):

    "I have found that the cursor will change to allow resizing the box, but not on those little white circle handles, you need to position your mouse lower.  Very difficult to work with."

      Thanks for flagging that this is still an issue for you hoovdc​. Our team is aware and looking into this, I can't provide any timelines but will update this thread when we know more.

    This continues to be a problem for me. Currently can't fit sign and date fields because it will not let me resize. Any update on a fix? It's been a few months.

      After dealing with this for months without a fix, I finally moved to docusign.  Wasn't my first choice, but life is too short to deal with the frustration.

        And now, they have removed the feature where the Signed Documents are automatically downloaded into your files.  It just keeps getting worse!

      I found that if I move my mouse below the spot I am supposed to hover over, I can find a place that will allow me to resize on many of the boxes, but it takes a while because it is just hovering around the area until I see the double arrow. It is very frustrating!

      I'm afraid I don't have a timeline to share at this time, but our team is aware of this issue and working on a fix.

    I have this issue intermittently.  Any response? It is very frustrating as this consists of my daily job.  It takes so much more time and still cannot get it to work.

      It seemed to be resolved after this last thread, now the issue is back for me again this morning as well.

        I'm having the same issue. Was working a couple days ago, but as of this morning, I can't resize the boxes.

    I'm having the exact same issue.  Definitely something new and a bug.  I have found that the cursor will change to allow resizing the box, but not on those little white circle handles, you need to position your mouse lower.  Very difficult to work with.

      ( 16:56:40 ) Visitor: yes - the circles are there. The + with present which allows me to move the box. What does not show up is the straight north to south arrow that allows me to resize the box over teh small circles

        Awesome.  Thanks for going through all that.  Glad to see they were able to replicate and acknowledge it as an issue (not just us!).  Hopefully they'll get it fixed soon.

    You're having this issue on the Signatures page on dropbox.com, right?

    I just tested this on my end, and everything looks good, so I wasn't able to replicate your issue.

    Can you send us a screenshot of the signature box and how it looks on your end when you click on it?

    Do you have this issue on all the documents you send for signature or some of them?

        HI robafc, thanks for the video. Could you try deleting the field entirely and then adding it again to see if this helps?

      This occurs on all documents.  I can no longer resize the box I can only move it.  I had to Login to HelloSign to be able to resize the box.  This is happening for all boxes.

    I had to log into HelloSign to be able to resize the text boxes.  DropBox still does not work
