Apps and Installations

Good day,
After over a year of flawless functionality, yesterday, the Dropbox app stopped syncing. I signed out and tried to sign back in, but to no avail. It gives me "No internet connection error." Clearly, I'm on the Internet as I'm typing and submitting this.
I've tried the advanced troubleshooting support article including the offline installer and it still is giving the error. Updated the Network preferences within the app to No proxies, but error persists.
Apple M1 Pro
MacOS Ventura 13.2.1
Please advise.
Sincerely,
Buddy
Update:
I connected to my phone's hot spot and was able to log into the app, get it to sync, and all the normal jazz that had been working up until a couple days ago.
Therefore, there is something at the network level that is blocking the Dropbox authentication and syncing ports and/or URLs.
That means it's resolved as far as Dropbox is concerned, but not for me.
I appreciate everyone's assistance.
Sincerely,
Buddy
Hi @WardenBrim, thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to the Community!
If you happen to be running any antivirus, VPN or firewall on your computer, could you temporarily disable them and try the offline installer from this page as well?
Let me know how it goes!

Hey, Walter,
I'm not running an AV or VPN, firewall is off.
Any other ideas?

I sure can!
Hey Buddy!
Can you please clarify if you’re currently trying to connect to Dropbox via a home network or a company/work network instead?
