Hi @David661, thanks for contacting us!

Are you downloading a file from your own Dropbox account when logged in, or is this via a shared link?

This will help me to assist further!

My own dropbox.

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

Yes working with chrome

As this is working in Chrome, then it means that something in Safari is preventing the downloads. Could you try running it in private browsing mode or without any extensions running to see if this helps?

Yes, it's working in private mode.

Thanks for the update, @David661.

This seems like a browser issue, indeed.

Can you clear Safari's cache, to see if that helps?

Thanks for the additional info, David and happy Monday!

Since it seems that the issue only exists on normal Safari windows, this might have to do with an extension you may have enabled.

So, can you temporarily disable your Safari extensions, to see if that helps?

If it does, try to re-enable your extensions one by one, until you're no longer able to download Dropbox files; this should allow us to identify the problematic extension.
