Failed - Network Error - Unable to Download Files
Hi there,
I've just been sent through all of my photos and videos from my wedding by our photographer, but we're unable to download the video files and can only download the photos one by one, as whenever we attempt to download the videos or batch files of photos, we encounter "Failed - Network error" within a minute of starting the download.
I've checked other forums and followed other advice, but the same issues occurs on Chrome, Chrome Incognito, Edge and Opera Browser.
I'd greatly appreciate any assistance to how to fix this and download these! Thank you

Hi RuffValruff, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
How large is the size of the folder with the images and videos?
Do you have enough space on your own Dropbox account to add the shared link there?
This will help me to assist further! - RuffValruff4 years agoExplorer | Level 3
Hi @Jay
The video file we're attempting to download is 3.1 gbs, the folder of all of the photos is 10.3 gbs.
My Dropbox can only support 2gbs currently, but I'm just after trying to direct download these files to my hard drive.
Thanks

There is a possibility that a proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router issues could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains.
Could you try checking each of these to see if they could be causing this behavior? - FireFox993 years agoExplorer | Level 3

Hey FireFox99, thanks for reaching out to our Community.
Have you tried downloading your files using a different browser, or a private browsing window, to see if that helps?

When I attempt to download several files adding up to LESS than the 250 GB upper limit, I get the above message. Why would that be? How can I download multiple files?
