Hi, my file names remain abbreviated to portrait mode width even when I turn my phone to landscape mode. Is this a know bug.
Help, this is a major, major pain.
Thanks.
Dave
Hey there @David K.41, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please clarify your device's OS version and the version of the Dropbox mobile app installed there?
Also, have you tried rebooting or clearing the app's cache since you first noticed this?
Keep me posted, David.

Glad to hear from you 🙂
Rebooted and cleared Cache, didn’t work.
Dropbox app version 332.2.2
Galaxy A54 5G
Model name SM-A546W
Model Code SM-A546WZKBPMB
One UI version 5.1
Android version 13
I’ve screen shot the rest of the Software Information.
Thanks for your time.
Sorry to jump in here, @David K.41.
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Dropbox app, to see if that helps?
Just make sure that you have up to 3 connected devices, if you're on a Basic plan, because if you have more than 3, you won't be able to sign back in after you reinstall.

Hi Hannah
I was nervous as I wasn't sure if I was on the "basic plan", as I didn't know that a "plan" can be free.... but my plan has the word "plus" in it so I went for it.
But no, it didn't work 🙂
Thanks for trying.
Dave
Hopefully that's great news, in that its not specific to me. Surely its a bug that they're going to fix. (That being said, they haven't fix it on the iPhone yet, so...)
I hope they appreciate how big a deal it is.
Thanks for piping in.
It was working fine to me until a few weeks ago.
Help...
