iOS 15 couldn’t save content error message
Upgraded iPhone to iOS 15 and now when I try to save a pdf in Safari using the Save to Dropbox or Dropbox link both error with Couldn’t save content, check your internet connection. The only way to export to Dropbox is to use the Save to Files and then upload pdf to Dropbox. I hope Dropbox will fix this issue ASAP

Hi Fxlarryw, thanks for joining the Community!
If you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try uninstalling the app, rebooting the device, and re-installing it to see if this helps?

Hey Fxlarryw, sorry to jump in here, but could you let me know if you have Dropbox enabled as a location in your Files app?
If you do have it, please toggle it off and back on. Then, try again.
Keep us posted with the results. - Fxlarryw5 years agoHelpful | Level 6Walter. Thanks for suggestion. I toggled off/on Dropbox location in Files app. Now instead of the connection error message it saves a html file instead of a pdf file that I’m viewing in Safari. Any suggestions?
- Fxlarryw5 years agoHelpful | Level 6Walter Actually on some websites that I view a pdf I get the connection error still

Hm, that sounds strange. Can you try clearing your browser's cache or another browser and let me know how it goes? - Fxlarryw5 years agoHelpful | Level 6
Cleared Safari cache on iPhone, it's the only browser I use on iPhone. Still getting error message: can't save content, check internet connection or it only saves an html instead of the pdf
