How can I sync folders in the Dropbox mobile app on iOS?
Device Iphone 13 mini Operating System/Browser (if using the web) Dropbox App Version (if using the app) newest app Syncing Status Question or Issue I tried to scroll from top to bottom screen within the app, but nothing happens. The app does not refresh at all, in the app settings refreshing on background is active, also mobile date is on. Can some figure this out with me? I have the basic plan, but storage capacity is not full. The folder I want to refresh is shared with me.
Files/folders added from another device failed to appear in the Files app on my iPad
native files.app integration is still downright dangerous. When files/folders added to Dropbox from another device failed to appear on my iPad, I tried numerous remedies (none of which worked) culminatinig in reinstalling the Dropbox app and then clearing the cache under "Files.app settings". Clearing the cache resulted in the more recently added folders and their contents being deleted from my Dropbox, even though they were uploaded from a different device. The integration evidently concluded that, since they weren't on my iPad, they didn't belong in the cloud either.The Files app in my iPad won't sync/update my files

After reinstalling the Dropbox app, all content is up to date in the dropbox app, but the files app shows syncing paused for folders with newer content and doesn't show the newer content.
New files from camera uploads not showing in the Photos tab in iOS 26 (17promax)
Device iPhone 17 pro max Operating System/Browser (if using the web) iOS 26 Dropbox App Version (if using the app) 444.2.2 Question or Issue Moving to a new iPhone and installed dropbox app. However, camera uploads is very buggy. It will upload the photos/videos, but the display will not show any new photos added. New items can be found in camera upload folder, but not in the "Photos" tab on the app as it will not fresh that at all. Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling and sometimes get the error message that the camera uploads folder doesn't exist and will be created on next upload. But the folder is there and new images are added.
Questions about Dropbox vs OneDrive
I have a Microsoft Surface, windows 11, iphone and ipad. I've had Dropbox for many, many years since the first computer person set it up. I still have it and am paying for it. My new computer person has set me up for everything to go into OneDrive. Are they backing up the same information? What happens to the data in Dropbox if I cancel it? Will it all be in OneDrive? Turn Auto Play off for audio Files
Please add a way to stop audio files from playing instantly, as soon as you open them. On the Dropbox app, using an iPhone, the minute you open the file it starts playing. If you have previously played that audio file and paused it half way through, you can't stop it from playing in time to take it back to the start. We use Dropbox for our choir and keep our backing tracks and sheet music together. During a performance we need to make sure all the files have been returned to the start and we can't have them ready to go to press play.Is there a way to turn off auto-play for audio files in the Dropbox iOS app?

When we open an audio file, it plays automatically. Is there a way to stop the auto play. We need to use this on our phone for when we sing outdoors or in aged care facilities as we don't have room for a computer. I have tried turning the loop function off, but it is off on all files already. I don't want to have to use a desktop version. I just want the ability to use the app but to be able to turn off auto play in the settings. I can see that someone else had this issue 7 years ago and it looks like it has still not been fixed. Can I please vote for an auto play off button, as an update?
Dropbox sync problem with Setlist app. Can't connect with Dropbox.
I am using an app called SetList on my IPad Pro. Its used for uploading songs charts. It uses Dropbox to upload from. Recently when I try to connect to Dropbox to upload a file, the Dropbox login page opens. I can enter my username. Its says welcome back and after I enter my password. it just spins the status square. I am running 13.1.3 on the Ipad. The Setlist app has not been updated in years. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
