Can see folders but not files: This file cannot be previewed because you are offline

I have tried opening in Incognito.  I have downloaded the app and can see the files there On a browser which is how I want to work - I cannot see the files suddenly I have permission to view (not...

Hey Megan,

I don’t need to edit anything. I’m a student so only need to view. My browsers aok. Chrome. You probably have access to that data via my account?

What else shall we try?

The main questions I want to check out are:

- why did it work and now it doesn’t?
- why does app work and not browser?
- why does it work for someone with same permissions (view) but not for me and a peer - this week and fine before?

Can you get your tech stars to investigate?
