Cannot display pdf (pdf cannot be open)

Hi!

I`m getting this message when trying to download a file through the link: cannot display pdf (pdf cannot be open) , on my phone.

And I did change 0 to 1. Also, other users can`t download the file. And, I don`t think it has to do with my phone apps, since I have no problem downloading files sent by others.

Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you in advance!

Hey Katrinka, thanks for joining our Community!

Do you see this error message, when you open the link and the file is not even previewable?

Or are you getting it after you have downloaded it and are trying to open it?

Can you also send me a screenshot of the error, so I can take a look?

    Thanks!

Hi Hannah! Thanks very much for replying.

I see this error message, when I open the link and the file is not even previewable. Here`s the screenshot I managed to catch.

      Thanks again very much

        Thanks for the screenshot, Katrinka!

Can you change the link from =1 to =0 and open it again? What are you seeing now?

Also, how large is this PDF file?
