A new referral has been marked ineligible, even though my friend has a brand new computer.

Apart from having my reply to you deleted, nothing has changed.
What changes should I be expecting, other than deletion of comments?

    Thanks for the reply.
    Please check my account details and see what is going on.
    I have had numerous issues with not being credited for the referals that I make. This latest one is possibly the last straw.
