I lost my referral storage, and my files.

I use Basic Dropbox for almost 20 years. I recommended dropbox to many colleagues, so I regularly owned an additional 0.5 GB because of that. I ended up with 20+ gig.

Because I trusted the security, I stored some very imprtant files, such as Trust account backups and Wills. 

All of a sudden Dropbox decided to downsize my storaga and many of my super important data disappeared. This is without any warning or notifications.

I want the data back.

I recently added paid service hopin for the data to show up, but no luck.

I am super pissed of course and I want a resoution asap.
