I referred a friend, but the referral has been marked as ineligible.
I referred a friend and helped setup dropbox on her computer. She was at my place when I set dropbox up based on my referral. The referral is marked as ineligible. How do I get credit for the referra...

Hello, yes all the steps were completed. As far as validating her email address she doesn't recall, but there isn't any notification that her email has to be validated, so assume she clicked on a link from Dropbox that validated her email already. Also, there doesn't seem to be a way to resend a verification email.

Also, the computer that you mentioned in the beginning, it didn’t previously have Dropbox installed on it, correct? I’d just like to make sure that no one had previously logged in to Dropbox on that device.

yes, the computer is a relatively new mac that didn't have dropbox installed. I don't recall if I logged into my account to get the referral code, but dropbox was installed using the referral code.
Using the instructions to verify the email by clicking on instruction no. 2 "Send a verification to the email address associated with your account" to resend a verification email returns an error page "something went wrong" with a purple target graphic on the dropbox.com site. There does not seem to be anywhere on the dropbox.com site (settings or manage account) to resend a verification link.

I see, no worries (to be honest, it sounds like she has already verified her Dropbox email address).
